Blacktop, and debris left onsite. After conversing with contractor, there is contaminated soils and foundation for which this will go out to bid for removal. Contractor to let inspector know if another contractor is awarded this remaining work and the permits will then be closed out for the scope of work done by the permit holder .

Corrections: Correction 1: Miscellaneous/Other Status: Comment Only Date Status Changed: 08/02/2018 Comments: All demo and removal completed, site is hydro seeded at all areas except for the road access down the center and the concrete pad left in place as for what was agreed upon to be left over. There is some minor debris that was left on the site from a removed sign post, concrete chunks, and a tire... contractor to swing through and remove any items that was their belongings and or pose a danger with the rebar that protrudes out from the left over debris. Left message with contractor for these items.
