Within this demo permit we will be removing the drywall ceiling, drywall column wraps, epoxy flooring in the Mall of America in the suite where H&M moved out of between the old Tucci Benucci and the Columbia store on first floor, across from the Boze store. In an additional building permit we will also be pouring six additional footings to install six new beams to allow us to take down three columns in order to provide the Mall with a shell space to turn over to Apple.
