Demolition and foundation removal and disposal of the Herbergers/Toys R US retail store. Inclusion of water/sewer cut/cap. This is the overall site removal plan from Kraus Anderson Construction. We will be separating the building by hand on the south end in between building 510 and 511. Everything south of 510 will remain in place. The red area shows us removing the existing asphalt and removing some old foundations that are buried in this area. We will then fill the hole with gravel and pack it up tight.
