Alteration/Remodel

This project consists of the renovation of 310 guest rooms as well as the public corridors, railings, stairs and various support staff spaces, all comprised on floors two through ten. No exterior envelope or landscape work will be performed. Exit stairs will remain open during construction to facilitate egress. No construction will take place on the ground floor unless required for plumbing or electrical connections from above. The existing HVAC system will remain untouched except for 12 rooms being modified for ADA use. Twelve rooms will be converted into fully accessible guest rooms, four with showers and eight with tubs. Each guest room will receive light fixture replacements and minor modifications to existing outlets and switches. Interior finishes and new paint will be replaced throughout.
