1. Provide ceramic tile or stainless steel on walls in kitchen area where required in splash zones according to Bloomington City code and designated on plan
2. All display cabinets must be on 6" NSF legs, casters or concrete curb with integral cove base. This includes all buffet and display cabinets on both hotels
3. Repair floor drains in both kitchens to drain. Drains are elevated and are not functional to drain as per code
4. Floors installed in both kitchens were not approved by this department. Provide specifications to product installed or build facility according to approved plan.
5. All sleeping rooms must be at least 240 ft2 for four (4) people. Rooms 250 and all floors above and others must be brought into compliance by removing 1 queen bed in each room violating the 240 ft2 rule.
6. Garbage room must have floor drain and an approved floor finish. See plans for details.

Correct the following:
1. Continue installing food related equipment. Set up for final inspection
2. Provide sneeze shield protection on all foods on both locations. Bagel display case does not comply with food protection standards
3. All cold foods must be placed within a mechanical refrigerator or some other mechanical means to keep all foods cold.
4. Finish all other outstanding violations listed in previous correction notices
5. Continue setting up all rooms and finish all items for the lodging inspection
Notes:
1. The rooms in violation listed previously have been corrected by removing 1 queen bed from the room. The rooms are now in compliant and can be rented for use and meet the MN Lodging code. Any changes or additions to these rooms must be approved by this Division PRIOR to implementation.
2. Facility ok to bring in food and train. A final inspection is required PRIOR to opening to the public. If the inspection passes, a license will be given at that time.
