Floor in wait area must be approved materials, (quarry or ceramic tile) outside the main bar area where drinks and other items are being prepared. Provide handsink in that location 4. Area where pizza's will sit require an approved materials such as stainless steel. See plans for further details.

Clean all construction and outstanding dirt and grime from all surfaces prior to stocking 4. Install all paper towels, soap and hand sink necessities for all sinks. 5. Provide splash guards on all hand sinks that are next to or adjacent to food products and production areas (outside bar area and other as needed) 6. Seal underside of bar pour in wait island area next to large bar 7. Fix patched FRP on underside of bar top in main bar 8. No hallway food or water storage or distribution allowed. OK to stock and train as well as soft opening to public. Contact this office and schedule final inspection for final CO of facility
