1. Provide soap, paper towels at all hand sinks 2. Repair existing storage area in front of house for ice cream machine to meet minimum finish requirements. 3. Ice cream machine not in operation currently. Machine process must be approved by this division prior to use. Refer to plan review agreement for ice cream machine maintenance. Machine MUST be loaded and cleaned in the back room. Facility CANNOT load, fix or clean ice cream machine in it's current location. 4. Candy prep/display making area: NO food can be given or sold to public from that process. Only for display and demonstration. See agreement with plan review documents 5. All food products must be labeled according to the MN Food Code requirements (no food on site during inspection) 6. All bulk food bins where food is not wrapped must meet the NSF requirements and approved in future inspections. 7. Contact this office for final inspection and approval for all outstanding issues with this facility. OK to stock and soft opening. Items listed above must be approved prior to use
