License provided during this final inspection. OK to open for business once the following have been satisfied: 1. Backflow preventer has been installed on glass rinser as called for. 2. All hand sink stocked with soap and paper towel as called for. 3. All other trades inspectors have signed off or approved opening our occupancy. 4. Sliding window at East end of kitchen has been made not opening. 5. Any dishes or utensils washed prior to this inspection have been properly sanitized, using the quat chemical sanitizer in the three comp sink. 6. Final cleaning has been completed for all food prep and storage areas.
