Provide a running trap in the drain line from each food ice bin.

The hand sink at the east end of the beverage service area is obstructed by a structural component and the integral splash guard on the sink. Replace this hand sink with a drop-in basin that does not include an integral splash guard, and plan for proper spacing of any food or single use items operationally.

Plan markups and local ordinance called for stainless or ceramic tile behind three comp and prep sinks and back kitchen prep area. FRP was installed. Any damage or where to FRP or substrate will need to be promptly remedied by the owner/operator. Any subsequent permitted work will require replacement with ceramic or stainless to a height of 6 feet.
