2- 20a circuits in subpanel need to have entire circuit grouped per NEC 300.3B. Neutrals cannot be left in other panel. These same circuits appear to be of a multi wire circuit. Which requires the entire circuit be grouped and CB must turn off all ungrounded conductors simultaneously per NEC 210.4
