Met contractor on site- 1. 1200 AMP 3 phase- 120/208 volt service- OK 2. Generator- set listing OK. Verbal: complete bond at CT cabinet. Verbal: remove neutral bond at feeder distribution switchboard Verbal: revise equipment grounding connection to metal enclosure- tap-con connection requires modification. Verbal: maintain physical separation between normal and EM power wiring at gutter.

1. Unlisted equipment for the chain hoist at the top of the training/hose tower. My understanding is the equipment has been electrically disconnected. 2. The available fault current at the elevator control equipment exceeds the SCCR rating. 3. The code required manual transfer switch – lacks annunciation when transferred out the “normal” position, lacks phase rotation documentation and arc flash warning labels. See NEC requirements. 4. Verification of the SCCR rating of the life-safety transfer switch. Each transfer switch has a factory SCCR rating that changes based on the OCP device protecting the feeder. There is information regarding the clearing time and SCCR rating on the transfer equipment. 5. The installation of exhaust hood for the commercial range is not yet installed.
