Verify listing and labeling of channel letters. Ground level view only. Inspector note: Power supply enclosure bears a listing mark from MET Labs- however the numeration of the section label indicates that the supply is section 1 of 9. This doesn't correspond with the number of channel letters.

The secondary side installation and wiring from the driver(s) - is NOT plenum rated. The installation was evidently performed by the sign contractor. It is not yet known if the sign contractor is licensed by MNDLI as either a technology systems contractor or as an electrical contractor. Once the listing issue is resolved- the remedy for the non-plenum rated cable is required to be performed by a licensed contractor with permit and re-inspection.
