1. Verify available fault current at panelboards- document as required. Verify if series ratings apply. Document as required. Install labeling as required by code.
2. Install arc flash warning labels.
3. GFCI function not operational at all at bar area.
4. GFCI receptacle(s) located behind equipment are not considered as readily accessible.
5. Call for above ceiling rough-in inspections when tiles have been removed for visual checks.
6. Re-support wiring methods above bar area- wiring methods not permitted to be supported from sprinkler piping.
7. Rooftop-
a. Reverse polarity at GFCI receptacle- must be type WR
b. Protect field installed wiring conductors from disconnect means to the wiring compartment in HVAC equipment.
c. Verify available fault current at HVAC equipment- must be less than or equal to the SCCR marked at nameplate- most of the equipment has nameplate values of 5 K SCCR.
8. Based on the issues above we did not complete the inspection- please call for re-inspection.
9. At final approval- provide energy code compliance documentation.

Pending health department approval of MC cable at dishwasher.
Inspector note: Owner/tenant has had LED lighting installed.- NOT APPROVED.
Installation requires electrical permit and inspection. Based on limited access- installation lacks listing labels and Class 2 labeling.
Spoke to GC about situation. No approval for use of the space until installations are removed or installed to code with electrical permit.
