No RI inspections. Site meeting- on 09/09/2021- with contractor, owner rep and electrical engineer. Based on this walk through it was noted that: No GEC connection to transformer. No arc flash warning labels. Equipment requires documentation and labeling of the available fault current. Improperly located seal-off. Notation of fan equipment not listed for classified locations. Agreement made of the permanent marking of the Class 1 Division 2 boundary @ cement slab areas. Unlisted industrial cabinet requires independent 3rd party evaluation. Electrical Engineer is to make revisions to construction documents based on site meeting. No formal inspection was requested or performed at this meeting.
