Above inspection for kitchen area and party room area. Kitchen area partially covered no above ceiling inspection, tile to be removed for viewing. Ceilings in party room area, have cords installed above ceiling that are not allowed. Fire Alarm wiring still needs above ceiling inspection for most areas before padding. Lighting installed in party room area installed by low voltage contractor. This requires electrical permit and inspection. No padding or finals in these areas before all inspections and proper permits are obtained and completed.

Contractor completed work as originally hired to complete. Any work beyond this point of inspection will require new electrical permits. New light fixtures were observed to be installed this work is not being completed by Manor electric. Nor is the work to complete the installation of new power supplies for low voltage lighting being covered under this permit. Final ok for original work that was observed.
