Stopped by job site to check on activity and work. Tie in Footings and footings for building overhang yet to be completed. Talked with the general contractor to set up inspections when they are ready to do the last footings.

Met with framer Forman and general contractor to go over the inspections, and what we look for during the building phase. Contractor to have the most current set of plans onsite with inspections. Other information as per the Mechanical connectors and anchor bolts, are called for use and have been changed from the first set of plans. Information and details per architect and design and use, will be needed for the framing inspection process. Have information onsite for inspection with framing.

Went over what the city will require with the start up of this project after sitting dormant for most of a year. 1) underground plumbing to be addressed and fixed, inspections to follow as fixes occur. Air test will be performed prior to covering. 2) mold remediation to be done per contractor in areas affected. 3) structural steel to be individually protected, framing attached to will have to be removed to achieve full encasement protection and then reinstalled. 4) any damaged roof sheathing and floor sheathing to be replaced and or patched in. 5) housewrap to have manufacturers rep access installation and product due to prolonged exposure, opening wraps to also be corrected. 6) roof drains to be cut in and run. All hold downs and anchors to be installed per design, inspections of to follow. All inspections to be performed as per city and code requirements, no covering of areas will be allowed until approval has been given. Call in for inspections as they are ready and needed.
