Relocate existing 6" main through space through mechanical room and tie back in. Demo existing mains and line piping in lab areas. Re-install new mains and lines. Relocate or add sprinklers in new breakroom and restrooms outside of the lab area. All new heads to be new quick response. No change in density from existing.
