Mount (1) 1-Ton Daikin heat pump in ceiling of RM 621 because future tenant's employees say the room that's under 400sqft is too warm. Used infrared gun and air being supplied from the main duct was 70°F. Their is no way to supply cooler air to the room at this time. 208 electrical wiring will be run by building owners preferred electrical contractor from RM 623. They will wire in thermostat as well. Existing ductwork from main trunk is properly sized for 1-ton so it will be reused. The tie in on the main duct will be capped.
