Remove and replace (2) Innovent ERUs (energy recovery units). New units to be like size and capacity Innovent replacements equipped with high efficiency modulating scroll compressors, 400,000 BTU natural gas heat, hot gas re-heat coils for humidity control, cross flow heat exchangers for energy recovery, disconnect and re-connect to the existing Honeywell BAS/EMS, new gas regulators, re-use of the existing in duct smoke detectors (if they exist), crane & rigging, and proper disposal of the old units. New units are an exact fit / no curb adapters required.
