C. 5 - Accessible parking space signage is required due to total count of parking lot spaces. D. Unload space signage must state (No Parking.) E. Accessible parking signage must be MN State approved, $200 fine. F. All signage must be installed permanently into the asphalt on a approved steel sign post, to a height from the parking lot surface of 5 ft to center of each sign. G. The 3 new parking spaces added to the north side of the building must be removed, as a min of 20 feet of clear drive lane surface for fire truck access around the building must be maintained.
