Accessible parking signage must be MN State approved, $200 fine. F. All signage must be installed permanently into the asphalt on a approved steel sign post, to a height from the parking lot surface of 5 ft to center of each sign. G. The 3 new parking spaces added to the north side of the building must be removed, as a min of 20 feet of clear drive lane surface for fire truck access around the building must be maintained.
