Under ground never seen. Plumber said he was told pictures would be ok. Pictures or a camera scope will not suffice. Break up concrete, expose offsets, show location of clean outs, show 2 separate waste lines hang venting per plumbing code, provide air tests on sanitary and grease waste under ground. Air test on the entire waste and vent did not hold. Call for re-inspection.

Asked contractor to provide information about the water heater supplying the tempered water to the public lava in restrooms. There is an ASSE 1017 device installed at water heater, but does not meet the the requirement for public lav. Water heater needs to meet ASSE 1084.

Corrections made. Hot water lines not insulted. Insulate in the ceiling as well as in mechanical rooms. Passed with condition to insulate the hot water lines. Pass will be revoked if condition is not met. Send photos to Dave Spaeth at 612-456-9633. Dave will make a final visit to see insulation in ceiling. He will make final determination when the insulation has been inspected.
