Description of Work:

In order to complete Post-Tension Concrete deck pours on the 700 American project located on the corner of American Blvd. and Lyndale Ave. the sidewalk that runs east-west along American Blvd. along with the adjacent turn lane, and in some instances, the center lane of American Blvd. will need to be temporarily closed down. There will be five (5) PT concrete pours total (weather permitting). For the first pour, the sidewalk and the turn lane will need to be closed down. For the second-fifth pours, the sidewalk, turn lane, and center lane will need to be temporarily closed down. I have traffic control plans for each of the above mentioned scenarios. Pours will aim to begin at 6:00am and take six (6) to ten (10) hours. Upon completion of each pour, the traffic control measures will be removed, and impacted areas opened back up.
