MCI Access Transmission Services Corp D/B/A/ Verizon Access Transmission is proposing to place a 2" fiber conduit within City ROW. Boring will be used to directional drill and place conduit. Ten (10) new hand-holes will be constructed in addition to fiber placement. The proposed conduit placement will be starting near 8331 Normandale Boulevard to 84th Street W., proceeding on 84th Street W. to Stanley Road, Proceeding on Stanley Road/82nd Street W. to American Boulevard W., proceeding on American Boulevard W. to Oxborough Avenue S. Please see the attached plans and TCP. The contractor to complete work will be MP NEXLEVEL, LLC.
