Walmart is proposing to install electric vehicle charging stations and associated ground equipment at their store located at 700 AMERICAN BLVD E, BLOOMINGTON, MN 55420. In coordination with XCEL Energy an underground directional bore of approximately 240 linear feet to connect to utilities (electric service) will be done. The underground bore will cross the City's 10 ft Sidewalk & Bikeway easement and 10 ft Drainage & Utility easement as shown on sheets C-3.0, C-3.1, C-3.2, and C-4.0 of the attached construction plan drawings. There will be no impacts to the roadway or pedestrian sidewalks.
