Inspection of rebar in pad footing for relocation of loading dock at grid1, lines"E-H". Concrete had started to be placed prior to any inspection by special inspector or C.O.B. Stopped concrete and verified rebar where concrete was covered. All rebar accounted for and allowed to continue placement of concrete. All rebar in this footing pad is accounted for and correct, no other discrepancies found. Approved for full concrete placement.
