Basement needs to be fire stopped at penetrations through the rated wall & Build rated soffit around pipe at rated wall that is restrictive of completion of wall rating. 2nd floor rated walls between units to be firestopped at penetrations. Loose Moose: relocation 2nd exit sign to coincide with the exit door. Remove exit sign that leads to no where at outer wall of Hungry as a Wolf. Electrical finals needed with the 3rd part inspections. Fire to follow up with the shutters. Laundry iron-er to be 3rd part inspected. EH. To follow up with corrections and issues .
