Wishes & More is a 501(c)3 charity serving kids in MN with terminal and life-threatening conditions. We are having our annual fundraising gala on February 11th at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington. One of our fundraising and photo opportunities includes Elvis at the Little White Chapel distributing "marriage certificates" and, of course, we need a pink Cadillac for the entire photo experience. I have attached a site map indicating that the car will be brought directly into the ballroom from the service elevator and will only be into the ballroom for the distance needed to set up the vignette. The car will be brought in some time during the afternoon and will leave at the end of the evening. We will be in compliance with the Motor Vehicle Exhibition Requirements but need a clarification on the battery. We will have the car battery disconnected but we would like to have the option to have a secondary battery that will allow the parking lights. It will be in a dimly lit ballroom and the lighting will be an important part of fulfilling our photo opp goal and draw attention to the location. Additionally, since we are a MN non profit, are we able to get the fee waived? Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions. Karla
