	Permits: Fire Alarm Description: Johnson Controls (JCI) will replace the existing obsolete 5110-XM fire alarm control panel with a new ES-50X addressable fire alarm panel. All new equipment will be installed in the office electrical room and the riser room, as shown on the provided floor plan.
