Johnson Controls (JCI) will provide and install a new Radionics B8512G-CV Fire Kit to serve as the updated fire alarm control panel. Work to Be Performed Fire Alarm Control Panel Replacement Remove the existing Radionics 7212 fire panel. Install a new Radionics B8512G-CV Fire Kit. Install and program the included cellular communication module for monitoring through the JCI Monitoring Center. Existing System Devices The existing fire system includes: (1) Waterflow switch (2) Supervisory gate valve switches These devices will be reconnected and tested with the new fire panel. Additional Devices to Be Installed (1) Smoke detector installed above the control panel per code. (1) Manual pull station installed above the control panel. Keypad Replacement Remove the existing Radionics keypad. Install the new compatible keypad included with the fire kit. Testing & Verification After installation, JCI will test all fire alarm system components for proper operation. JCI will verify communication with the JCI Monitoring Center.
