Re-roof of North section of the building area (approximately 8,900 sq. ft with walls). Remove existing asphalt and gravel. Add a new 1/8" per foot tapered iso insulation to meet or exceed current "R" code of 30 and mechanically fasten as per code. Install new 60 mil. adhered EPDM roof system as per manufacturers specifications. Seam all EPDM, install perimeter RPS anchored into block walls / perimeter wood blocking 12" on center, Flash-in interior roof drains / scuppers as per manufacturers specifications. Install new 22 Ga. galvanized metal and 3/4' plywood over any decking cutouts of unused roof penetrations. Apply new EPDM up all interior perimeter parapet walls and remove existing fascia metal, install new wood perimeter wood blocking as required for new insulation heights. Fabricate and install new 24 guage metal stack bases to all existing flue's. Fabricate and install new perimeter fascia metal 24 gauge standard color pre-finished metal. Clean up all membrane related debris and place in dumpster onsite. Must have area for roll-off dumpster next to the building and crane access.
