BCS 4 is a 404 unit wood framed Texas-Wrap multi family housing project. The project is one level of precast with 5 levels of wood framing. First floor is all steel stud framing both interior and exterior. The parking ramp is a 7 story 600 stall ramp wrapped by the building. There is a grocery store in the northeast corner of the building on first floor roughly 14,000 sq. ft. The exterior is roughly a 50/50 split of Stucco and Metal panel with architectural precast at the grocery store.
