Eagle Building Company is applying for a ROW Obstruction permit for the sidewalk running east-west along American Boulevard, and the south side of the Building Site.
There will be two (2) Potain T-85A cranes erected on the south side of the jobsite for the duration of the Rough Carpentry Framing scope of work. Due to the constraints of the building site, crane weights, and safe sloping the crane pads will encroach into the fore mentioned sidewalk. Eagle Building Company is committed to doing everything in it's power to ensure that as little of the sidewalk is disrupted as possible.
Attached to this permit application is a Traffic Control plan displaying the intent of the sidewalk encroachment. Rough Carpentry Framing is currently scheduled to begin in late February. Crane erection scheduled for last week of February/first week of March. Duration of Framing = about 3 months. Cranes would be scheduled to come down in late May/early June.

In order to complete Post-Tension Concrete deck pours on the 700 American project located on the corner of American Blvd. and Lyndale Ave. the sidewalk that runs east-west along American Blvd. along with the adjacent turn lane, and in some instances, the center lane of American Blvd. will need to be temporarily closed down.
There will be five (5) PT concrete pours total (weather permitting). For the first pour, the sidewalk and the turn lane will need to be closed down. For the second-fifth pours, the sidewalk, turn lane, and center lane will need to be temporarily closed down. I have traffic control plans for each of the above mentioned scenarios.
Pours will aim to begin at 6:00am and take six (6) to ten (10) hours. Upon completion of each pour, the traffic control measures will be removed, and impacted areas opened back up.
